Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, installation, and use of products and services provided by Simba Windows and Doors Ltd. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website.
Services
Simba Windows and Doors offers a range of products, including aluminum security doors, wooden doors, WPC doors, safety glass window glazing, and custom solutions such as carports, pergolas, and balustrades. Our services include consultation, design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales support. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
Warranties
Our products come with a warranty of 5 to 10 years, depending on the material and product type. Warranties cover manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage due to misuse, improper installation by third parties, or natural wear and tear is not covered. Contact us for detailed warranty terms for specific products.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion of installation. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur a 5% penalty per month. All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shilling (TZS) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are provided at the time of order and depend on project complexity and location. Simba is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues). Customers are responsible for ensuring site accessibility and preparation.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation with a full refund of the deposit. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-returnable. Defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
Limitation of Liability
Simba Windows and Doors Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service. Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet local building codes and regulations.
